This is a very homey living room, but has potential to be much more.
We painted a neutral colour on the walls and added drama to the fireplace using a rich chocolate brown and white trim. The new furniture arrangement draws the eye to the beautiful fireplace and creates an intimate conversation area.

This room was being used as an office, guest room and TV room.
By re-arranging the furniture and reducing the art, the room is calm and inviting. The space still supports the home office, guest room and TV room, yet feels spacious and comfortable.
Here we have the potential for a beautiful, elegant sitting room, but it's lost under a mess of Christmas decorations and dinning room chairs.
After cleaning up the decorations and returning the dinning room chairs to where they belong, the palate for this room reveals itself. We brought the matching chair closer to the couch to create a conversation area and repositioned the artwork to create a second focal point.
This family room is overcrowded with furniture and accessories making the space feel smaller than it is.
We removed the bookcases and the majority of the accessories to open up the space. The furniture was exposed and re-arranged to create a focal point around the fireplace.
