This breakfast nook was perfect for the senior couple who lived here, but in need of a makeover before listing to sell.

This was a very easy fix. We painted the walls and the picture frames, rotated the table 90 degrees, removed the baker's stand, replaced the window toppers with white mesh panels and switched out the light fixture.

This dining room is full of beautiful collections and antique furniture.
|
|
|
We removed the clutter, the wall border and updated the chandelier. We also added a leaf to the table and dressed it up with a table cloth and contemporary candles.

 Although this is a very large kitchen, it feels
cramped and chaotic. |

All the kitchen needed was to get back to basics. We removed all the family photo's, cleared off the clutter and re-arranged the plant collection to give the space a sense of balance.

|
Where to begin? This small kitchen is part of a
very old mobile home that is expected to be torn
down in the next couple of years.
|
|
|
Because they plan to tear down the house we
didn't spend much money, but we did make
significant changes. For about $150 we were
able to repair and repaint the counters, paint
the cabinets, the doors and all the hardware.
The new palate gave this kitchen a fresh new look.
