A traditional bedroom stuck in the past.

|
To update this bedroom we removed the wall border, gave the room a fresh coat of paint, rearranged the furniture, and brought in new bedding and a new window treatment to add drama.

We removed the mirror from the dresser and moved it to under the window, switched out the pink chair for a green one which had been in the living room and hung pictures that we found in storage. The room now feels calm and spacious.

A rather unique youth bedroom, great for living but not for selling.
|
|
|
We removed the over head storage, painted the walls & all the furniture, re-arranged the floor plan, and created a homework desk in the corner. We now have a functional and aesthetically pleasing youth bedroom.

|
Not only is this room an eye sore to potential
buyers, it's no longer the quiet getaway it was
once meant to be.
|
|
|
After clearing out the clutter, (the fabric has been sorted and is in stackable folding boxes, which are in the newly organized closet behind the sewing desk), and re-positioning the collectables, the room has returned to its 'getaway' status.
